is a second-generation tattoo artist with more than 25 years of experience and a career built on artistry, authenticity, and genuine human connection. An internationally traveled, multiple award-winning artist, Chrystal has spent over a decade working the tattoo convention circuit, creating alongside respected artists and tattooing collectors from around the world. Born and raised in Indiana, she has called New York City, Las Vegas, and Orlando home—but after a year of guest spots in Kansas City, she found something that made her want to stay. The welcoming community and good old-fashioned Midwest hospitality felt like a return to her roots. Recently relocating from Orlando, she traded the nonstop hustle for a place that already felt like home, bringing her experience, creativity, and unmistakable personality to River Market Tattoos. Bold, outspoken, down-to-earth, and always equipped with humor and a little bit of sass, Chrystal believes the best tattoos begin with an artist who truly listens. Whether working with a seasoned collector or someone receiving their very first tattoo, she makes exceptional customer service and honest client education her highest priorities. Her goal is to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, respected, and confident throughout the entire process—from developing the initial idea to caring for the finished tattoo.
